rough is spelt "Rau" not "Rauh", so it's pretty much German-sounding gibberish

Same for this particular car. It's supposed to say second development but "sekund" is not a german word.
"sekunde" is a word, but it's not second as in the one after the first, but instead it means second as in the measurement of time, so it makes no sense at all.
At least later ones say "Zweite Entwicklung" on it, which is correct
