But if anything goes wrong on a bike at this speed, you'll most likely end dead or crippled for life, so do it on a clean straight road without any traffic. Checking your suspensions settings could be a good idea too.

Got up to 135mph in a Civic once. The tires were completely bald and I felt like I was floating and unstable as hell, so I stopped before I died. Apparently they're either limited to 127mph or that's the top recorded speed, but I must have had a tailwind or been on a very slight decline because I wasn't redlining it. I drove 60mph after that for a few minutes to let the adrenaline wear off. I'll never try it again in that car.
