When I cut my truck's muffler off after it had rusted through, it sounded nice. Loved the way that thing growled.

My dad's Sentra sounds awful with a hole in the pipe though.

Only V8, V10, and V12 cars should be allowed loud exhausts.

They're for attention whores. All a loud exhaust does is attract attention. You don't need a free flowing exhaust when you're pushing sub 200hp. Use exhaust cutouts if you want to be a douche like that or get a properly designed exhaust that is loud under load and quiet while cruising.
