What year is this cadillac? Something looks off to me but

I'd say late 90s or early 2000s judging by the lights on it.

1999 or 2000. They only made the first gen for three years, apparently the first year not available with these headlights, and it was based heavily on the first gen Tahoe and only available with the Tahoe wheelbase.

It's a pickup truck based body on frame barge, they're all the same. Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, Escalade, no real difference apart from the bed and the options.

It's ALWAYS been a rebadged Tahoe with some chrome bits that's massively overpriced.

It's a first gen.

Taken by surprise by the Lincoln Navigator, they literally rebadged the GMC Yukon. There were no differences. Second gen they got their own styling, high output 6 liter, AWD, air suspension etc.

That's either a 1999 or 2000 model Escalade, though it's not different from the Yukon Denali. All GM did was slap a Cadillac badge on it and just sold it as is. Nothing different.
