Guys, what is happening to my beloved local MB mechanics? Negative reviews scare me, especially when they break people's cars and their calendars are now wide open. Should I be worried?

i bet a pretty high percentage of bad ones are just made up by their competitors, especially on sites like yelp where they extort businesses by using fake negative ratings and tell them "pay us and we'll make them go away."

Shop owner got cocky and thought he could push around the mechanics that knew what they were doing so they left. Shop owner then had the bright idea of saving money by hiring less experienced mechanics while thinking how hard could working on a car be if stupid mechanics can do it. Happens to shops all the time.
