makes sense for a guitar amp manufacturer to make sound systems for cars like how fender's doing with VW, but a car brand making guitar amps? who the actual fuck is going to buy these?

Two channel audio sounds better when the speakers are separated and pointing at your ears, so that's not why it's stupid.

The stupid part is that a car manufacturer shouldn't be advertising its overpriced audio packages by showing someone leaving one of their cars with said overpriced audio package, and going into a building to use a product they don't even sell. Lincoln is trying to tell the audience "This guy plays music, so he appreciates our automobile audio prowess." but it comes across like an Apple commercial trying to throw their name in and saying they're better because of their name alone. I don't personally like comercials that try to use emotion alone to sell a product. It's misleading and not completely honest, but people fall for it all the time so that commercial alone will sell thousands of premium audio systems in Lincolns over the next year.

I wouldn't be surprised. I'm sure it's very good, but unless you drive your car for a few hours almost every day, there's a chance the asking price isn't worth it. Then again, the people buying cars that start at 45 grand wouldn't blink at another $2,000 to listen to the radio.

That's an old trick. Make a wall of marshalls and wire up only one or two, and mix it through the PA. Next you're going to tell me that justice gets out of their little DJ booth and starts patching up the fake modular panels.

Plus, those are 4x4 cabs. It's just inefficient to have multiple small cabs like the Lincoln amplifier. It makes it look more like a small band PA system than a guitar amp.
