>rear-end a Scion FRS back in November
>three months and a rejected injury claim later (on their side, that is), get a letter telling me I'm supposed to file a traffic report (SR1) with DMV for damage since it's over $1000
>pic related was the aftermath of the rear-end
What exactly does filing a report do to my record? Can I contest the $1000 part? How?

should have offered 500 bucks on the spot and prayed they took it
>>16622367
you should take that 1000$, buy a gun, and shoot yourself in the head for being that much of a shit driver
>>16622367
Look we get it you are jealous of people with better cars than you, it doesn't mean you can just rear end them.
Should've settled it outside of insurance.
A co-worker scraped my front bumper and she said she'll pay for it, took it to multiple shops and they were all around $1200 just for a small scrape the size of a nickel.

what car? a bumper is resprayed for 500max

Is this another shit on the FRS/BRZ thread?
I enjoy them as much as anyone but more than one thread a day is just plain shitposting

Send that and any other pictures to your and his insurance company. My uncle rear ended someone who came back a month later demanding $5k for damages he coudlnt' have done, so he sent the photos to his insurance and the other party fucked off right quick

Did you understand my post at all?
>>16622493
I already did, this was back in November. This is the latest development in the claim

White pearl 2013 Accord.
I knew a guy that repainted the bumpers on used cars back when I worked at Honda, he did it for $400 and it looked brand new. Just for the record my co-worker was being a cunt saying the damage wasn't bad and my bumper had a bunch of rock chips anyway. I really wanted to go through insurance because she was that annoying, got to pocket the $800 doe.

i mean she prolly took it to a dealership and there no way they charge less then 1000 bucks for bodywork
