I drive with my left hand on the top of the steering wheel and my elbow resting on the window-sill sometimes because it's comfortable. Not looking forward to the day my hand ends up breaking my nose if I ever get into an accident and the airbags deploy.

It's very commonly taught to disabled people who only have one hand and learn it through a one handed driving technique course but it's indicated on your license with some weird numbers in my country.
