That alternator is clearly fucked and will have to be replaced. Don't try to nigger rig it back on unless you want to pay for a belt too.

Well, personally, I would weld a nut to the end of the sheared off bolt, quench it with water, and then use a wrench and take it out. If you don't have a welder you could buy a set of easy outs I guess.

Judging by your pic, the "bracket" is part of the alternator itself. It's not something that can be replaced separately.

Try the gator grip or other bolt removers.
