I'm aware that buying rotary engine vehicles is a bad idea because most of them are old and the engines don't last.

So would it be acceptable to buy an '81 RX7 with 49,000 original miles on the ol' Wankel? Pic related is the car in question. They're asking 4k for it which seems pretty low and suspcious to me given how few miles this car (allegedly) has.
