I'd like to make the a used 2010/2011 Hyundai Genesis my first car. Good or bad idea? Honestly, I only like this model because of it's body. Its body is what has made me fantasize about being a dream car of mine for years now, there's literally no other car that I would prefer over this (i.e. Prosche, Bently, Tesla, the typical dream cars). Even though I plan to bring the used car that I'm looking to get to a mechanic for a check up, I'm still concerned that if after I buy it something major goes wrong with it, that I didn't anticipate. Any other tips for this model?

Memes aside, the pre-facelift Genesis Coupes have atrocious build quality. The only one even remotely worth buying would be a '13+ 3.8 R-Spec.

Thanks for your input. Yes, I was referring to the coupe in OP.

370Z, Mustang, Camaro, or even a Challenger.

mustang, 370z, g35, frs, brz,
i was looking into a 2009 and after test driving ended up buying a g35 for much cheaper.
faster car, more reliable, better quality, more luxurious, and not kdm lol

>G35
It's also the car the gooks tried real hard to imitate.
And failed, because of course they did.

i own one and not sure what you mean

The whole 4 seat V6 RWD coupe thing, plus look at the styling. The Genesis looks eerily similar.

are you retarded? the g35 came out in 2001 in the japonese market as the skyline (us 2003 as the g)
the Genesis began on 2008 after they realized they weren't going anywhere with the tiburon.
the styling for the Genesis is taken directly v from the tiburon.
its literally the retarded offspring of a tiburon and a facelift Elantra
