It was a pretty crazy program. Basically, if you paid $99 a year to Emachines they would send you either the components to upgrade your machine to a "non-obsolete" model or they would send you a new machine. Needless to say, it really didn't work out too well for them.

Use a heat gun to warm glue then plastick razor to start to get it started to peel back. Repeat until you have it off then use goo gone to clean off the remaining funk
