iRacing is the best when it comes to multiplayer racing, but it isn't really worth the cost of all cars and tracks. Getting a discount subscription and racing with the Miatas and other free cars is worth it though, and then you can decide wether or not you want more or just keep it at that

rFactor 2 has great AI, but sadly lacks in content. The new developer studio responsible for it might spark interest for mod authors again, but we will have to wait and see. Currently, the multiplayer for that game is almost dead

SLRE runs at 30FPS, a bit rough(sounds especially are horrible), but has better simulation value than DR, and more stages + cars. If you can get both, but otherwise i would say get Dirt Rally, and SLRE if it's on sale.

Are these layers in the correct order?
All the guides put the color layers under the layer 0 but that doesnt seem to work for me. This is the only way I can actually make the car change color.

A good rule to keep tabs on your stuff is to make folders for your different layers. For example i make a folder for one door, for the roof etc.

Also if you want layer 2 to show move it above Layer 1

I tried one of the new V6 turbo hybrid cars on AC and didn't like it that much. None of that MGU-K/Engine Mode bullshit makes a difference. You have to crank up the regen just to make sure the charge lasts more than 5 laps but that makes it easier for the brakes to lockup but I doubt Kunos thought that far ahead and planned that out for that desired effect on purpose.

One of the lamest F1 cars of all time. I'd rather do classic F1.

It's not shit, but the audio is, and the game is kinda rough around the edges but it has higher simulation value than DIRT Rally.

If you want a good experience, you need to limit the framerate to whatever you can run, i do it at 60FPS. It's because for some reason at a unlocked framerate the wheel sensitivty is tied to whatever framerate you have, so for a stable experience lock it.

If you have multiple input setup, download the RPFE tool from the steam forum, and use that to bind the shifter with.

Also set wheel rotation to 900 in whatever profiler you have, and 540 in-game.

Otherwise, it's a really good rally sim with tons of content in it. It's just packaged in the standard shitty Milestone PC port
