How can get more power out of my 1983 Mercedes 240D? 4 cylinders,

How can get more power out of my 1983 Mercedes 240D? 4 cylinders, no turbo. The thing barely hits 70 mph.

Under the hood is the OM616 four-cylinder diesel engine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_OM616 65 HP. SIXTY FIVE for a 3000 lb car.
