There are perfectly affordable cars from the 50s that are actually better than the Chevys that go for less. You can get a 57 Ford Skyliner perfectly restored for 40k. 2dr Chevys are in that same price range without being convertibles. Not to mention Mopar guys basically ignore the 50s which leave those cars affordable.
