I spilled some mineral spirits on my passenger seat. What should I do to get it out? It still stinks two days later. It's a leather seat but it has little holes in it and that's where the mineral spirits leaked into the cushion.
I went to Jax and got the seat cleaned, but they didn't do shit but wipe it down basically. Called up a couple detail places and they said they couldn't remove the leather.
What do?

Isn't it a paint thinner tho? Shouldn't it Fuck up the paint on the leather?

you know what ya gotta do anon
get the freshâ„¢
otherwise known as buying like 5 black ice trees unleashing them all at once then letting your car bake in the sun; if you don't feel light headed when the smell hits you, it isn't done cooking

take it to an interior upholster shop
alternatively, drive with the windows down for the next month

It happened at work so I told my boss about it, hopefully I don't have to pay for any of it. But driving with the Windows open in January gets old really quick
If you've already washed it out of the leather and its not stained it by now then likely it won't do much of anything.

>hopefully I don't have to pay for any of it
oh, in that case either get a new seat or have an upholster-er cut out the offending seat cushion and re-cover the fucker
probably cost ~$500 (~$50 for foam and ~$300 for a whole new cover) to fix it or maybe 1k per seat for new ones

Shit that's some serious money. And I would've never had this happen had I not been working so these niggas better pay for it.
