The Buick Regal is basically an Opel Insignia with the Opel badge popped off and the Buick one glued on but it maybe a boring car but it's a good, reliable and dependable car.

Can't say much on the Chevy but I'd choose the Opel instead.

OF the two choices, get the opc insignia. In the U.S. you can get a slushbox AWD version, and a 6speed FWD version.
Both of which you can get methanol/e85+borgwarner turbo+clutch+tires+injectors+tuning and make 400whp from parts from vince gegilia @ trifecta performance (wottuning)
