Does /o/ have any tips for back pain whilst driving?
I've got a Civic FN2 and i can't drive it for even 30 minutes without starting to develop back pain :(
Maybe try not having curved seats or even brick hard seats? Racing seats aren't worth the pain man.

either you have some seriously fucked up seats
or you need to go to a doctor

Get a car with actual good seats.
For me, I like a seat with good lumbar support and the back slightly reclined. My 20-year-old Lexus is comfy as fuck since it allows minute adjustments. My GMC pickup is shitty though. It doesn't recline at all and the lower back support is literally A FUCKING HAND PUMP.
I had to drive 12 hours to Georgia in my dad's suburban to trailer a car back, and after the first few hours my back started to hurt. Luckily I figured that would happen and brought a lumbar pillow with me. Worked wonders.

See a doctor. This isn't just the ergonomics of the car, even if they're setting it off a bit.

supposedly they had a back surgeon design their seats
Do slow Romanian deadlifts with about 60-80lbs.
Work on your core. Do lots of planks.
