I did a 7.3 idi in my truck alone.

That's about a fbb in size, plus weight of being diesel. Lining up Trans was a bitch but I forced it. Also had turbo on including dp I had to line up and engine was fully dressed

Not that challenging really, just take your time and go slow, the worst part is lining up motor mounts. You'll likely need a jack up under the trans to get things to line up and I'd highly suggest getting a transmission jack for it.
