I imagine they are all the same, baught the car new and never had to replace any tires, I have heard that you don't need the exact size on all tires.

The date code on the remaining tires are all 5214

What car? What tires are on it? Just get a matching one if you were happy with them. If they're all worn down just replace all of them. I'd suggest michelin or bfg or goodyear.
