When the car is cold, if I shift into first or second it feels like the clutch is bouncing off of the flywheeel rapidly and the car jerks.
I have had this happen in reverse only on another car. It's pretty violent.
Both cars were abused and had clutches changed, if that says anything (on the other hand, I have had cars with clutch changes that didn't have this issue).
I can't even begin to guess what the issue is. Pressure plate? Or maybe some sensor and it just feels like clutch bouncing?
P.S. If I push clutch in it's all good, and never happens in higher gears. But high gears can't into torque.

bump. Any ideas anyone?

Replace the broken part

Maybe pilot bearing is fugged, was flywheel resurfaced?
Just inspect it breh, sounds bad

Clutch chatter.
Likely the flywheel was not replaced/resurfaced during the clutch replacement. The pressure plate should be fine, those are almost always sold with clutch kits.
Pilot bearing is fine, Throw-out is fine. Unless you have mechanical whirring sounds of course.

Thanks brehs.

Breh, it's cold as balls and no shop and work takes free time. If I take it apart, I am swapping everything, cause time > money atm (at least when it comes to cheap civic parts).

Good chance of that. Bought from stealership because had no time atm =/
