What information do I need to see to determine a cars speed/handling ability? And I don't mean some bullshit video where they do laps with the car. I mean what specific numbers do I need to look at? And yes of course older cars are going to vary based on condition but I still need a reference point

See weight, suspension design and skidpad G's. It's a really unreliable and bencharacer way of doing things, but it helps.
