I want to participate in autocross or rallycross but all I have is a 2015 Fiesta. I can't buy a second car because I'm saving up for a down payment on a house or condo and I don't have a garage at my apartment to store it. I can't use the Fiesta because it's banned from rallycross due to rollover risk. And I won't sell it because it's almost new and I'm not willing to take that loss on depreciation. And I need a reliable DD anyway.
What should I do?

Nothing. You literally can't do shit.

better wheels, tires, suspension for the Fiesta to keep it from toppling over. just do autocross instead, rallycross is far worse to cars.
Better question, I have a 2017 wrx how do I get into rallycross?

Think the SCCA would allow my car if I install the Ford Racing handling pack? More importantly, would it actually be safe?
Also, I'm not sure what would be the best way to increase the track width. Buying a new set of wheels would be costly so maybe spacers and an alignment would suffice? And stickier tires would actually increase rollover risk, which worries me.

lower car a little

I guess I'll try this. But beforehand I'll contact an SCCA member to make sure that will work.
If I use lowering springs like H&R sports, should I swap the shocks/struts as well?
