That's what I'm doing currently. It does have the Bose system with an odd looking little subwoofer in the back, so it sounds decent enough, I guess.

Realistically all you need is an aux cable and Bluetooth to aux if you absolutely need wireless. Aftermarket head units usually look like dogshit.

If you go to an car audio place they can fit a touch screen system found on newer cars. buddy of mine did it to his 06 A6 and i've done it to my 03 Rx-8
