Okay since the points are so terrible and retarded I have thought a nu system that will work the best and is also a new fresh look that everyone is looking for. How about a "rally" style system, where instead of points it's elapsed time behind the leader. DNF's would be given "max stage time" which could be some arbitrary number larger than last place which would encourage people to drive cautiously to avoid a potentially championship ending crash. If anyone else has any other ideas to add onto this I'd like this to be open to discussion.

Hello Fellow Racers!

After much sweat and poor hygiene by our highly trained Namibian """"employees""" we have fixed the bug on Lime Rock Park that spawned people in weird places. We should be good for about 51 cars. Above that and cars will start piling up at the end of pit lane, but ISI will start dictating who gets to stay on the server or not much earlier than that so it should not be a problem. The fix will be in a separate download and will go in the server and the doc later today. We will also go through the other tracks on the schedule to catch these basic issues earlier.

The BMW M6 problem has been identified and fixed. Users who have PCs built after the Clinton presidency shouldn't be having problems with this as High/Max settings aren't exactly taxing, but we will get a fix out for this shortly.

DID YOU KNOW THIS MOD HAS EVERY SINGLE LIVERY EVER RACED IN REAL LIFE? If there is a real life livery you want to use, from ANY SERIES, just give us a shout out to add it to the carpack. I'm personally adding a bunch of my own favourites myself to the carpack, so don't be shy! If you don't have the Photoshop chops, this is a great chance to look good in the inevitable webms of your horrible crash with a cool livery.

For those with the Photoshop chops, don't forget to google about how to make your car look even cooler/crappier with Genstrings or, in the case of EEC cars, different .gen files. There should be a .txt file somewhere in your install that details some of this, if you're having any trouble don't hesitate to ask!

The server has been updated with the fixed Lime Rock Park! Check the IMPORTANT NOTES section of the Google Doc.

Also freshly included in the Important Notes section of the Google Doc is a fix for the BMW M6 LOD settings. You only need this if you are running Player/Opponent Detail at Medium or lower. The download of the full mod will be updated to include this very shortly so new users won't have to install a million patches to get on track.
