Check the revs. My old car rumbles when it idles too low. Try turning on the a/c to stop it.

could be a lot of shit, in my experience it's usually one of these

>worn motor mounts
>fouled spark plug/damaged wire
>idle control (throttle body, mass airflow sensor/carburetor, etc.)
>wrong fuel octane
>clogged fuel filter/bad pump
