This is actually true. Every person at a road race, regardless of if they are a spectator, participant or even "innocent bystander" can have their vehicle impounded for 30 days pre trial and then lose their license for 1 year mandatory. Plus a provision for jail time if repeated.

The thing is - WE DON'T RACE. We cruise to some of the nicest roads in CA, drive them in a fun way and enjoy the areas. We've only had one person go full sperg with aggressive tailgating, suicide tier overtakes and shit like that - shut him down real quick.
