I'm buying my first car and I narrowed down the selection to two cars. One is 2007 Mazda 3 MPS and the other is 2006 Ford Focus ST(D). They both have around the same mileage but the Mazda has more HP. But the Ford has an inline 5 which sounds better. Which one should I get?

Get the Mazda. It has more hp and it will need fewer repairs outside of normal maintenance than any Ferd.

The Ford has a Volvo engine, when the only decent engine Mazda ever built was the B-Series (which even then was outdated as fuck after the 1990s)
