I have a GC8 WRX, WR Blue, and dear lord I am 100% certain that whatever clear coat Subaru use was just the cheapest they could find at the local auto parts store. A fly could hit the damn thing and take a section of clear with it FFS.

Also I curse my local climate because every tiny chip within weeks begins to oxidise, that feel when I know my little car probably won't exist in 40 years because ruuuuuuust.
