So I've noticed something about this car I recently bought. It shifts smoothly, but for some reason when I get up between 35-45 mph the whole thing starts to shake. It stops once I'm out of this range.
Any ideas?

When's the last time your tires were balanced?
Also wheel bearing.

Bought this fucker from some old dude a couple days ago for cheap. The tires all need replaced, so it could definitely be related to what you said.

Tires are going to be number one, had the same issue. If it is rear wheel drive, take a look at you drive shaft center support bearing assembly and flex disks if your car comes with them.
But since you said the tires need replacing and it only happens between 35 45, it's 99% them. Get new rubbers and ensure a balance gets done.

It's a FWD, believe it or not. But yeah, I had a feeling the tires might be to blame.
Control arm bushing
Oh, I should probably clarify that it only does it when I'm accelerating between that range.

Still probably wheel balance, harmonics are a funny thing
