I know it's just a little bolt, but I'm kinda pissed. Dealerships take advantage of people all the time.

Funky. I'd replace it with the proper bolt, get a magnetic drain plug if you can. Check if you need a compression washer to prevent it from leaking as well, they are typically one time use.
