There's a bunch of these around. A good friend of mine had it for solid 5+ years and only sold it to get a 4-door car. This website in portuguese has a bunch of reviews by owners.

Magnifique.

common issues ?
head gasket often goes at around 200k on the first ones. the later ones with the D7F engine need their timing belt replaced on time otherwise you run the risk of it breaking. other than that, they're bulletproof.
they're truly reliable cars.
don't buy the "easy" model with the semi auto gearbox though, those are shit and break all the time

Get one with a canvas roof if it's nice most of the year.

plushies are currently literally on a ship from china and still being shipped at the moment

Electrics, just paid $130 to get a bunch of shit fixed cause the alternator was dying, but expect bad electrics on any french car. Other than that, they're rock solid.

They're so basic there's almost nothing to go wrong. Just make sure it's not rusted to shit and you should be okay.
They're a fantastic option for the cheapest car you can get, both initial purchase price and running cost. Very practical for their size too.
