Could I accidentaly set off my airbag if I hit my horn to hard

the airbags are electricial controlled. so you have to punch so hard that you shorten some wires, which wouldnt be really possible.

No, there are no sensors in the glove box or steering wheel. The airbag computer has sensors elsewhere. They also don't go off if the car is completely parked with no key in the ignition in either start or energized (running) position.

So if your airbags are detonated, you'll have to conclude that either the car hit something while being driven, or some other car hit your car while it was running and parked.
