I need help /o/
I can't decide between two bikes: xr650l and the fz09.
The only thing that's stopping me from pulling the trigger on the Yamaha is that there's a few days out of the winter months where I would need to ride through light snow to get to work. And I hear that the fz is insanely wheelie happy.
Am I just being a bitch boy?

Get the FZ
>inb4 suzuki fags telling you to buy a slow, heavy bikr
>>16308201
Am I gonna be able to put through on snowy days? And should I wait for the changes on the 2017 model?
>>16308404
You should never ride any bike on the snow.
Ever

FJ-09 on studded tires
>>16308408
Gtfo dual sports are fine in the snow
>>16308464
I feel like studs are overkill for the occasional inch or two

Didnt say you cant. Just saying its retarded and you will get hurt
I own an fz and it only hi wheelies when you punch it in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear.. Riding normally then it's fine. It's plenty exhilarating and I never go full throttle.

Does it not annoy you that you can't give it throttle in the first three gears though?
>>16310368
He's an idiot. You can WOT every gear.

First of all, riding a motorcycle in even light snow is fucking retarded. Just don't do it.
Second, the XR650L is a worse bike to ride through the snow with than the FZ-09. So the obvious answer here is to just get the FZ-09 and ride it during normal weather conditions like a normal person

So he's basically being a bitch boi
OP OFFICIALLY BTFO
I agree anon.
I wouldn't recommend buying a motorcycle before owning a vehicle already. Not even a nice car, just something to go from point a to point b in rain/snow days.
Also, although it might be possible to be done, you're not only endangering yourself but others on the road.
I don't want to be THAT guy, straight arrow and shit, just STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MY CAR REEEEEEEEEE

You can give it full throttle. Just don't snap it open. And like I said... I accelerates plenty fast without snapping the throttle open
