I kinda have thus going. Just be selective of who you invite. Start a private Facebook group. It obviously helps if you k ow a handful of people to start the "club" with.

Require real racing experience, preferably with wins, not just track time.

eg.
Saab - more likely to talk about architecture or philosophy than hoon around.
Kia - more likely to be late picking their kids up at daycare than be an idiot (likely still a terrible driver)
Prius - too smug to drive and more likely to show up on a bicycle
Tesla - More smug than Prius, but will drive. club meets will discuss Whole Foods vs farmers markets, and the best ethical coffee.
