Well, the trick is to hype up the dangers of the road prior to any hooning. Then there are "safe" spots to hoon and lose control because there is no railing and a lot of free space to spin out on. When you find a space like that, you can slightly lose control and slide a bit.

That lets your hype take full control of her mind. After a little bit more hooning, she will never ride in your car again by her choice. Thus, you are not at fault for pushing her out. She's just too scared of another ride.
