That's just someone having a bit of fun. Check the car for hack job modofications. Especially radio mods. All cars sold private market should be considered as is. But if they are listing get that then inspect it closely. Newer cars with higher mileage should have an explanation for it highway miles are easy on the car so as long as they have service records or know what they did for service then it's no worse than a higher mileage older car. If you don't feel comfortable inspecting a car find a mechanic or shop who will do an inspection for you. If the seller does not want you to take it to have it inspected then walk away.

>many owners
Not necessarily horrible, but can be since maintenance will probably be spotty. Get a pre-purchase inspection by a mechanic
>"as is"
Mostly a non-issue. Sometimes means problems if its explicitly mentioned, but usually the owner is just trying to cover their ass from buyers getting a change of heart after a couple days. get a ppi.
>rice
ppi that shit
>high miles
could be a fleet vehicle, could be some corporate lunatic with a 4 hour daily commute. ppi. Though you should probably avoid high mileage euro imports in general unless you just really enjoy the warmth a burning wallet radiates.
