I light to drive just as a storm is rolling in on an otherwise sunny day and it dramatically gets dark starts raining hard as shit than lets up to reveal the sunshine again with a huge rainbow to boot. at that point i might pull over to take pictures.

Sunny day around noon-early afternoon when everyone is already at work or school so the roads are clear
