How come people who own lowriders outside of America are always people that try really hard to be a black or mexican guy from california?

Seeing groups like Loyalty IV life car club all wearing compton hats when they are mostly pacific islanders, filipinos and lebos from Sydney is weird...

Lowrider owners in europe do it too.
