Price? But really ya you should as long as you can wrench a bit. That's a sweet fucking comfy ride.
>>16246604
If it's a manual.
>>16246611
$8,500. Forgot that.
>>16246614
Automatic with BMW's "Manumatic".
>>16246622
Pass.
>>16246628
Even if it's just the family car for the wife, dogs, and upcoming kid?
>>16246643
This is /o/, if its not manual its a shit car
>>16246667
Makes sense.
>>16246604
Check if the VANOS has been fixed, common problem area on these BMWs and costs a shit load to fix.
>>16246977
confirmed not knowing anything about bmw's
the only vanos related things that can go wrong with N54 cars are the solenoids which aren't an expensive fix.
M54 cars were the ones that needed seals replacing which were a bit of a pain to deal with, but nothing that could harm the car.
Go for it OP
but for that mileage, keep in mind you might have to do something to the cooling system if it hasn't been refreshed. Also a the idrive systems in these early cars were a little finnicky due to toshiba harddrives.
I'd still go for it, i love bmw wagons and e60 ones are rare.
You will be much poorer in 5k miles when it shits it's transmission
