There are already hundreds of thousands of cars like this, they are called used cars. A boutique small scale manufacturer can never compete with that or cheap new cars like the Miata. If you want to start a pretend company you need more pretend experience in racing first. Prodrive suggested they were going to try this with the P2 but I'm sure they realized nobody wants a $60k shitbox just because it's special and for enthusiasts.
