Hi, /g/ here.
I was driving on the road and it is hot as fuck, the tire blew and I had to do an emergency parking.
What is a probable reason for this? Also is it safe if I use the spare tire and continue?
that's what the spare tire is for broheim
pic unrelated, but interesting
What brand of tire?

You probably had it over-inflated.
>>16228088
Maybe something is fucked up inside the car.
>>16228106
Dont know, the ones that come from factory. Car is a Toyota Etios.
>>16228117
Didnt use it too much, it isnt mine. Will check the other tires.

Tire too old+over inflation+worn tread
>Also is it safe if I use the spare tire and continue?
That's what its for. Make sure the spare is inflated, and not to exceed the speed rating of the spare.

I had a flat one time and if your car is old it is guaranteed that there maybe less air in the spare so do check somehow.luckily i had an aaa membership, so if you do, call them and they'll help you inflate the spare and install it on

Invalid operation

10k km.

I was on a busy road. I was afraid something internal was fucked up as well, like the axis or whatever. I am pretty ignorant to everything /o/ related. I barely drive them.
>>16228391
It wasn't a flat bro. The tire blew up, I just have the rim.
>>16228464
Flat, blown, whatever if your spare has no air and you're stuck on the road and have AAA, they'll help out at anytime wherever you are when you call. I had no rim at all and no air in the spare, it was 5am in the morning and the AAA guy came by with a truck with tools in less than an hour on the outskirts of town. Just saying it was good use of my membership but can't you call a tow company or a bud with those cigarette lighter air compressors if you're not with aaa?
>>16228348
>overinflated
More like under.
>>16228997
This, exactly. Unless you're driving some German meme car with runflats, you will have a spare. But will it have air? A small air compressor from Wal Mart is $20 and can be stored inside the spare space. 20 psi will get you home.

Kek my kraut box hasn't had a refill of air in the spare for over 20 years. Any driver of a 20 year old shitbox should definitely fill it up before their next drive
>>16229026
>you will have a spare
I haven't seen a spare tire in years. Every car around here has had repair kits forever. Which obviously does fuckall if your tire blows up.
