>rain and darkness
>guy is turning left at crossing
>move slightly right to pass him since im going forward
>almost hit a pederastian, couldnt see him for shit
>brake and swerve to avoid colission last second
>check if hes good and go home
>feel like absolute shit afterwards, close call / dangerous pedestrian situation for the first time in all those years

Anon, you did it and didn't hurt anyone or your car. Be glad that you did well and don't doubt your skills. Sometimes shitty situations arise all you can do is trust yourself
How about you stay in a driving lane instead of pulling illegal passes on the right.

self-inflicted close calls are a result of careless driving, remember to pay attention on the road all the time

You're still under shock from the adrenaline OP. You'll cool down soon enough.

yeah it was my fault. i should be more patient and stayed rather than pass the guy.
i just hope nobody recorded that or i might get screwed.
I remember almost hitting a jaywalker doing like 70km/h. Missed him by like 1 meter, he was crossing on red, checking his phone and had headphones on, didn't even hear my honking.
Had to park on the nearest spot and take a walk, adrenaline was pumping me so hard and i was so mad i wanted to go back and beat his ass for almost landing me in jail.
