Last time it happened to me at a red light. He asked for my name and offered to shake my hand, but when he shook my hand he wouldn't let go for any reason. I sat there for ten minutes holding this guys hand while he told me his sob story. After he finally let go he went on a bit more and asked to shake my hand again. Same shit again. The light finally turned green and he was still holding my hand, I told him the lights green and I had to go, he was so busy talking to me about his story he forgot to even ask for money. Weird day
