Bought a 96 dodge ram from a guy with a magnum 5.2. Said he put a head gaskets on it and replaced a cracked head showed me pictures of the valley and said he Diddnt see any cracks. I already had an engine for it, but for shit and giggles I wanted to see how bad it leaked so I pulled the thermostat housing and filled up the block but water came gushing out more like a hole than crack. I haven't done head gaskets on a dodge. will they go either direction? Or can you put them on backwards and fuck it up?
Truck runs great btw makes chocolate milkshakes though. Extra thick

Why would you do this? I'm honestly asking, I've never had or spoken to anyone who's had a good time with them.

This.
I'm pretty sure Chrysler products selling point is low price. I can't imagine any other reason.
The thing is, maintenance costs and time lost will make up for what you save on purchase cost

desu if someone forced me gunpoint to have one of those pics on my wall, I would've chosen the chrysler one

I guess it's all relative, but one thing is for sure, chrysler is abstract in a room full of normies and can't just go with what works, they have to over engineer it out of interconnected plastic parts and make it cheaper.
