I'm deciding between 2 cars, here is the first one

And the other one has 95k miles with 40k on a rebuild. All receipts included and is tastefully modded. Recent clutch/timing belt. Can someone identify what suspension this is? Koni streets? Seller is firm on 4300 and I'm kind of bummed that he doesnt have a hardtop.
