hold button for 3 seconds = disable esp and traction control

The car I was talking about is a B6 A4, which to my knowledge is limited slip at the back and open at the front. Really strange to hear an S4 has a locking diff by a button, seems pointless in a car with no off-road capability.

But why would I want to disable something that reduces my chances of wrapping myself around a pole?

Mite be wrong but traction control simply reduces power from engine while stability control will apply the brakes / limit power

ESP notices if you're starting to spin out/lose control and tries to correct it by applying brakes.
Traction control is only for preventing wheelspin

My shitbox doesn't have traction control. It does however have electronic adjustable dampening. Way cooler than some stupid nanny aid.
