The hierarchy for the methods of disabling traction control/ESP is as follows.

God Tier:
>one button that immediately turns it off

Good Tier:
>Three second or less hold of button required to turn it off

Acceptable Tier:
>No ESP

Shit Tier:
>Have to come to a complete stop and hold a button to turn it off

Consider Suicide Tier:
>ESP comes back on after a predetermined amount of wheel slip

Fucking Kill Yourself Tier:
>No way to disable ESP

Disabling ABS on any car is as simple as pulling a fuse.

The car I was talking about is a B6 A4, which to my knowledge is limited slip at the back and open at the front. Really strange to hear an S4 has a locking diff by a button, seems pointless in a car with no off-road capability.
