The Detroit 6.2s were available across the line, from the half ton to the one ton trucks.
International had Nissan I6 NA diesels available in their Scout lines (all of International's own diesels were too big at the time).
Before the Detroit Diesel 6.2 came out, you could get an Olds 350 diesel in the K5 and K10. If you buy one, first thing you do should be to head stud it.
That's all I know of.
New colorado has a 1.8l diesel. They have a 4wd version ofc.

Come out to rural VA, they are plentiful.
Just bring sandpaper or an orbital sander and a few hundred pounds of bondo.

A truck with a Detroit diesel swap. inb4 the blower counts as forced induction... It only blows in fresh air and pushed exhaust out. 2 stroke magic.
