Bikes are lighter and have a shorter wheelbase. You can also lean into a corner on a bike. I find it pretty hard to believe that cars corner better than bikes.

Yeah no shit. You have to be extremely skilled to drive a bike fast, you dont have to be skilled at all to drive a car fast. And also the center of gravity is lower in a car plus much more rubber and traction
