The one you're thinking of is just putting the inner wheels into that slope for rainwater to flow.

But as you can see in that image, he's actually straddling that slope, and his inner wheels are on the grass.

This technique was used in one race in fourth or fifth stage. It utilized control over weight shifting to allow the wheels to hover over the gap until it hit and climbed the curb.

I remember watching the R32 race recently and seeing this happen without Takumi giving it any thought or mention, and the only time it's ever brought up or done afterwards is that one other race in fourth or fifth stage, as far as I can remember.

i wish initial d had more subarus, aside from that single gc8 sti bunta bought in 4th stage they're lacking given how prolific they are (ffs subaru is from gunma), cut down on the 5 or so evos to fit another gc8 or a gdb sti spec c in.

Diablo is a shit-show on Iroha, I can't even take the few corners that aren't hairpins at the same speed as a stock Spirit R FD. Can't hug the same lines because the car is huge in all directions.

I had to slow to 20-30km/h to reasonably take the hairpins without scuffing the rail, the anon who was saying they'd need to get to 10km/h or so wasn't entirely wrong.

No idea, it's been running fine until I went to go to the store the other day and the CEL came on as soon as I started it up, then en route it started surging like a motherfucker throughout the rev range (exactly where I don't know because no tachometer) and shuddering constantly. Limped it home, hooked up the code reader, got P0308 (cyl 8 misfire), cleared the code and went inside.

Took it for a spin earlier and it was running alright, can't really tell if it's still shuddering a bit or if the roads are just that shitty but no idiot lights came on and there was no loss of power, so hopefully it was just moisture someplace messing with it- I say hopefully because so far as I can tell there's no coolant leak, which would mean the cracked intake manifold Crown Vics and Grand Marquis are famous for. Have to change the plugs soon anyway for the 150k mile maintenance so I might as well do it all at once and order a new intake now.

Not really, 4th stage is really only good for the Miata race at the beginning and the final few races at the end with God Foot and God Arm. The Evo gangster bit was alright too
